There is also the possibility to learn about the method of alkaline fasting from me in order to completely renovate the composition of the intestinal flora: especially women after the menopause often gain weight because the body is no longer cleansed and detoxified by menstruation.

This makes it all the more important to find a healthy alternative by doing the cleaning yourself.
