Anyone can join us, whether you're fat or thin, a sports hater or a fitness fanatic. Each workout is designed to provide a pleasant dose of challenge and lots of fun to help you achieve your personal best. However, it's important that you're fit and that you're not in acute rehabilitation training. The training was specifically planned as personal group training and as a trainer I pay particular attention to providing personal support to each individual in the group.

Principle of functional training:
My training is based exclusively on the principle of functional training. An exception to this is sometimes rehabilitation training, where training on equipment can be useful. What does functional training include/mean?


This is a type of training that is intended to (re)place the body in a state of natural movement sequences: The body is subjected to the strain it needs in everyday life. Movement sequences from everyday life are simulated: How do I empty my trunk properly?

How do I carry my child correctly? What do I need to bear in mind when making overhead movements? The training is therefore aimed at all people who use their bodies in everyday life as they are designed. The training is not aimed at classic bodybuilders, as in classic bodybuilding the body is trained in isolated movement patterns. In functional training the body is always used as a complete work of art and is always moved in three-dimensional space. Posture is of crucial importance and everyday posture is automatically improved.


Functional training can be used as strength training, flexibility training, endurance training or coordination training. Functionality includes all of these together.

Many people find it easier to achieve their sporting goals when they have found new self-confidence. It's a wonderful feeling (also for the trainer) that can make a decisive positive difference to your life.
