As a coach, I accompany you in a time-limited consultation process on the way to activating your potential and finding a solution to your problem. Sometimes I am the advocate for hidden facts and help to shed light on blind spots, sometimes a designer for new, helpful strategies or a counterpart for honest feedback.
Changes require recognizing entanglements and the courage to take responsibility for the current situation. New, efficient strategies and decisions can be built on this that increase your well-being and reduce stress. I will work with you to find holistic solutions that can be integrated into your life as a whole. Even though the methods of coaching largely come from the repertoire of psychotherapeutic methods, coaching, unlike psychotherapy, does not deal with the treatment of mental disorders.
